This is only available as an addition to existing Microsoft RMS Licenses.

Microsoft ended new customer sales (i.e. mainstream support) of their popular RMS 2.0 retail software in July of 2016. However, they pledged support (no enhancements or upgrades) for the product until July 2021. If you currently have Microsoft RMS, you can add licenses and purchase maintenance plans until 2021. This is a complete point of sale and retail management solution for individual retail stores or chains of stores. It enables cashiers to process transactions and serve customers quickly and effectively. Store managers are able to maintain tight control over inventory, pricing, suppliers, promotions, customer information, and reporting.

Store Operations POS software supports PC-based POS systems, variable payment types, instant inventory look-ups, and customized service. It enables retailers to use the Point of Sale system to recommend products to customers and provide personalized service.

Store Operations automates many routine business tasks, such as inventory management and updating of prices. • EMV Ready
Using the VeriFone VX805 PIN pad you can accept EMV cards, as well as NFC payment options like ApplePay & Google Wallet.
This option will have your system ready for the latest credit card processing security standards. < br /> Processing is only available through Mercury Payment Systems.

• TSYS
Allows the use of standard card readers such as the ID Tech MiniMag or the ID Tech VersaKey POS Keyboard. Select one of these readers when you select options for this system if you want to use this method.
Processing is only available through the TSYS network.

• openedge
Allows the use of more advanced encrypted card readers like the Magtek IPAD. This allows for more secure transactions. Select the Magtek IPAD when you select options if you want to use this device.

    Have your existing inventory loaded into your new POS system.
    The NuRol POS Database Import service takes your inventory and prices, in an electronic format, and loads them into your new point of sale system. You can dramatically shorten the amount of time needed to get your new system up and running by using this service.

    A brief overview of the process:
    Submit Data Import File
    Please submit a single Excel file to be imported into your new database. The file can be as long as necessary, but only one file can be submitted. Typically this information would come from one of your vendors or possibly an export from an older point of sale system.


    Import Review
    The technician assigned to you will schedule a review session to make sure that they understand your submission completely. The import will be completed within five business days of this review.


    Import Upload
    The upload of your data typically occurs during your system installation. In the event that your point of sale system has already been installed we will schedule an appointment to import your data.
