Aldelo for Restaurants is a powerful tool for monitoring and controlling your restaurant. To use any tool to its full potential, you must understand how it works, and your point of sale system is one of the most important tools in your business. Learning all of the features, and how to utilize them, is the best way to benefit from your investment.
This two hour training class will help insure you get off to a great start.
The training is done over the phone and online simultaniously. We log into your Aldelo system while we talk with you over the phone. Our instructor is able to show you how to use your system, and the setup and changes you make will be there for you to review after the session.
The class is usually broken into (2) one hour sessions.
(1) The first hour covers all the basic information you need to get started such as:
• Create employees in the database
• Managing Time Cards
• Building a menu
• Opening and Closing the register
• Entering and Settling orders
(2) The second hour is tailored to your needs and your questions with topics like:
• Item and sales reporting
• Inventory control
• Feature set up and adjustment specific to your restaurant
Both hours can be taken back to back. However, most customers get the greatest benefit from using the software for a while after the first hour. They then come back and schedule the second hour when they have an idea of how they would like to set up the software for their business.
