The PD-2Z 15lb scale is the approved scale for Heartland Restaurant tablet POS software. The scale connects to an ethernet Epson OmniLink intelligent printer via a serial cable. Weight unit menu items within the Heartland Restaurant software are fed fast and accurate weights from the scale speeding up checkout and reducing food shrinkage. We've used this scale with our deli and bakery customers with great success.
