Warranty
Heckler Design warrants their products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years, and electronic components for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. If you discover a defect in a product covered by this warranty, Heckler will repair at our option using new or refurbished components, or if repair is not possible, replace the item. Heckler reserves the right to request order numbers, receipts, and other supplemental order information as proof of purchase to validate warranty claims.
At the time of return, it is possible that Heckler no longer carries the product in its original color. In these instances, we will fulfill the warranty with the product’s available color selection.
