How it works: The caller ID modem monitors both incoming and outgoing caller ID on all of your phone lines. The Whozz Calling unit tracks who called or who was called, time and date the call was made and how long the call lasted. It sends the data to your restaurant software using a serial or ethernet connection cable. The internal memory holds the last 248 calls. The modem works with your POS software to quickly bring up existing customers from your database allowing quicker phone transaction times. The Deluxe Whozz Calling serial unit is approved for the Aldelo POS restaurant application.
